The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the outdoor space. It was a little further outside of town that we originally expected, but it was an easy drive.

Perfect Jumping Off Point for National Parks

We had a group of 18 adults and this house fit us all easily with room to spare. Every couple had their own private bedroom and most their own attached bathroom. There is plenty of living area inside and out. Location is a bit out there but not uncommon in Moab when renting a house. I highly recommend this place and will go back should I ever be traveling there with a group that size.

Great time for a large group

Well equipped for a large group, well maintained and very clean. Property owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. We had a large group with a variety of ages and everyone was entertained and happy the whole time.

The house was fabulous! We had 12 adults (mix of family and friends) visiting Moab for a week with our Jeeps. Everything was great!! Plenty of parking. We loved the view and the fire pit. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. The beds were comfortable and the dining room table fit us all. Highly recommend!

House was comfortable for 20 people- plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles. House was equip with needed items. Maybe an additional trash can for down stairs kitchen area would be helpful and down stairs bedroom with attached bathroom gets hot in late afternoon due to light colored shades and sun shining straight into that room

Desert Fun

This property was absolutely perfect for a large group. The kitchen was ideal for making meals and had everything we needed. The outdoor cooking area was a huge plus too if you looked to grill. The game area downstairs was a popular hangout for everyone. There is a TV in almost every bedroom. The location of this property is ideal for visiting the sights in and around Moab. It was quiet and comfortable and just overall an amazing property.
