A week in Sanary.

This is our second rental in Sanary and this is a great location and apartment. Very friendly host and comfortable apartment. Definitely would rent again!

Très bel appartement au port de Sanary avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans l’appartement de Alain qui est un hôte très sympathique et serviable.L’appartement est très bien équipé et situé au port de Sanary, les magasins, marchés etc sont proche. Pas besoin d’une voiture. Pour aller à la plage il faut juste quelques minutes à pied. On a un vue fantastique sur la mer et le port. Nous avons eu des bonnes vacances et reviendrons avec plaisir!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement d’Alain, avec notre fils de 6 ans.L’appartement est très agréable : vue exceptionnelle qui nous a ravi à toute heure, pièce à vivre spacieuse avec 2 canapés, bons équipements…Nous voyageons sans voiture et avons pu fonctionner avec Uber ou les bus locaux pour visiter les alentours.Un grand merci à Alain pour son hospitalité et sa flexibilité ! Savoir vivre in Bestlage

Die Wohnung in bester Lage von Sanary sur mer war ein wunderbarer Ausgangpunkt für eine Woche Südfrankreich Urlaub. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, beide Strände und ein wundervoller Markt sind in wenigen Minuten Gehweite und der Ausblick vom Balkon bietet den ganzen Tag ein spannendes Wimmelbild und einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das bunte Treiben im pitoresken Hafen der Stadt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt, und Alain ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist!

L'appartement, situé dans un emplacement privilégié de Sanary sur Mer, a constitué un merveilleux point de départ pour une semaine de vacances dans le Sud de la France. Tous les sites, les deux plages et un marché magnifique sont à distance de marche de quelques minutes. La vue depuis le balcon offre un "objet caché" passionnant toute la journée et une vue magnifique sur l'agitation du port pittoresque. L'appartement offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Magique, le port sous les yeux!

A Sanary, on peut manger au sol tellement c'est nettoyé. Chouette. Par contre la Municipalité a oublié de tenir compte des nuisances du bruit provoqué par tous ces véhicules qui circulent jour et nuit à grandes fréquences. Difficile d'être parfait!

Fenêtres et volets FERMES, on dort au frais, dans le noir et SANS LE MOINDRE BRUIT, comme le confirme l’appréciation d’Angela C : « because of really good windows, we did not hear a thing at night » Le port est piétonnier. Il est nettoyé la nuit par des engins bruyants qu’on n’entend pas lorsque les fenêtres, phoniques, sont fermées. Des engins petits, moins bruyants, passent 4 à 6 fois dans la journée, pour cartons, détritus…… et contrastent avec le calme habituel

The perfect spot in Sanary Sur Mer

The apartment overlooks the port in Sanary, a beautiful little town on the Mediterranean Sea. It was the best location in a town that has plenty of gorgeous views. There are plenty of good restaurants below the apartment but, because of really good windows, we did not hear a thing at night. The owner, Alain was wonderful to deal with and the apartment was clean and comfortable during our 8 day stay. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a lovely town and we hope to return.

bon emplacement, mais propriétaire trop présent dans vos vacances…

Appartement très bien placé et calme. Meubles deuxième main et rénovation bas de gamme. Très peu d’eau chaude (si vous êtes en couple avec enfants…). Pas d’informations concernant le wifi (nous sommes restés plusieurs jours sans internet). Aussi: propriétaire trop présent et stressant : celui ci va vous appeler plusieurs fois par jour, désolé, étant en vacances, nous n’avons pas forcément envie de boire l’apéritif… En tous les cas: ne soyez pas en retard (car nous été facturé 70€, et partez à l’heure, le retard d’un quart d’heure se sera pas toléré, et n’oubliez rien dans l’appartement, le propriétaire n’a pas voulu nous le retourner, d’un coup n’a plus le temps)… Bref, monsieur, soyez plus tolérant avec vos locataires, je ne sais pas si vous avez des enfants?… On a vraiment l’impression avec vous que il faut juste payer et que le seul intérêt est l’argent. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet appartement!…

Si on lit les 5 appréciations antérieures (« appartement bien équipé », « the apartment is very modern », « tout était parfait », « hôte prévenant »,…), on voit que la présente appréciation de N. R. multiplie contre-vérités et déformations outrancières, car j'ai "osé" réagir à ses incorrections : Il a, à deux reprises, négligé d’avertir ma femme de ménage chargée de l’accueillir le dimanche en mon absence, de ses importants retards, sans la moindre excuse. Elle y a sacrifié son dimanche. Lorsque je lui en ai parlé, il m’a répliqué : « je n’ai pas de temps à perdre avec Mr PICART », et m’a raccroché au nez. Malgré ces incorrections, je ne lui ai facturé que partiellement les 2 dommages qu'il a faits. S’en est suivie l’appréciation !!
