We were asked by the owner for an evaluation of our stay in Sanary. I want to acknowledge the smooth and correct processing of booking and payments, and Barbaras competent and friendly manner in receiving and seeing us off. The light, spacious apartment is in a splendid, historic location with sea view and easy access to the town. The apartments interior, equipment and fittings did not match its price, or the skilled website-photography. There was uneasiness about living amidst things “brocante”. The bathroom, in particular, with its old and grimy tub, barely functional shower, and broken sink is objectionable. Safety grips against slipping and falling are missing. The place was at times uncomfortable cold without access to heating, the garden neglected, the pines with unsightly nests of caterpillars. In our view, the price of the apartment reflects the prime location, but not actual living arrangements and hospitality.

I’m sorry to hear that you were not comfortable in our apartment. This is not a newly renovated rental, but a family apartment in a lovely villa more than 100 years old. The photos on the websites are accurate and not touched up. Our manager would’ve been more than happy to show you how to turn on the heat, which works quite well.

Truly a little paradise by the sea

Beautiful house in a beautiful area of the Cote d‘Azur. Portissol Beach is just a ten minutes walk, also the Marina area of sanary-sur-mer and it’s whole spectaclar seaside area can easily be accessed. The Appartement is amazingly furnished and decorated, you feel at home from the first moment on.

Beautiful Vistas

Our apartment was very spacious, with an eat-in kitchen. The view outside the main window and balcony faced the Mediterranean Sea. It was lovely to get up each morning and have our coffee on the balcony with the gorgeous views.The parking was easy within the property electric gate. Barbara, the property manager was awesome and was so helpful. A great experience!

Petit paradis face a la mère

Nous avons profité d’une semaine de rêve face a la mer dans l’appartement de Sylvia, baigné de soleil, plein de charme et très confortable, avec mention +++ pour la literie, et la vue bien sur. Le quartier est très calme, à mi chemin entre la plage et le port.Nous pensons deja à notre prochain séjour.

Je suis désolée que les escaliers menant à notre appartement, situé au premier étage d'une belle villa datant du début du 20 siècle, étaient difficiles pour vous. C'est vrai qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Et le chemin qui descend au port de Sanary est raide aussi. Par contre, l'avantage d'être en hauteur est que cela nous donne une vue spectaculaire sur la baie de Sanary.

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel. l’appartement est fidèle au photos . Vue sur mer incroyable. Tout était parfait jusque dans le détail , la vaisselle , la literie . Très fonctionnel également surtout avec deux enfants en bas âge . Vraiment je recommande les yeux fermés . Merci encore au propriétaire qui a été d’une extrême gentillesse ainsi que la gérante qui s’est soucié de notre bien être durant notre séjour et qui a facilité la sortie des lieux. Merci 🙏

Hervorragend gelegen, sehr ruhig, 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und zu den Cafés. Der Charme des Alten, nicht ganz Perfekten hat etwas für sich. Kleine Probleme in der Wohnung wurden von der Kontaktperson recht schnell gelöst. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. (für 4 Personen ist ein gemeinsames Bad mit Klo manchmal etwas knapp.)

2 weeks of heaven

The apartment/house is in the perfect location. The short walk to town was along the coast., viewing the port and the darling town. The dhortcedlk to the beach was also lovely. Sanary sur mer and this Vrbo are hidden gems! We’ll equipped kitchen . Only drawback is the mosquitos and no screens on any windows. Lots of bites not love the house snd town. We stayed 2 weeks!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

Sylvia's apartment in Sanary is so believably perfect - you cannot beat the 5 minute walk to downtown - with a view of the harbor the entire way. Barbara, who was our contact in Sanary, was so helpful and patient with us as we asked for many recommendations (dining, shopping, etc..). My wife and I and our children all agree that this was the best, most magical vacation that we've ever taken. We will absolutely be back and look forward to staying in this apartment again. A bientot!

Un petit coin de paradis à Sanary

Merveilleux séjour à Sanary-sur-Mer. L’appartement, dans une belle demeure de 1920, est idéalement situé sur la promenade entre le joli port de Sanary et la plage de Portissol. Jolie petite balade pour descendre au village. Une douche à la place de la baignoire serait un plus. Des WC séparés également. Grande cuisine bien équipée. Joli environnement.
