We were so lucky to call this beautiful property home for two weeks! The house itself is stunning, filled with thoughtful details and everything you could possibly need. It’s very spacious, with plenty of indoor and outdoor living areas, making it perfect for relaxing. Both bedrooms have AC, which was a lifesaver during the hot nights.The standout feature of the property has to be the pool - it was always so refreshing to return to after a day of exploring. The nearby beach is just a short walk away and offers stunning sunsets, though the waves and current were a bit strong for our 5-year-old to swim safely. Thankfully, the beach in Guayabitos (only a 15-minute ride on the collectivo or a 5-minute taxi) is perfect for families, with calm, pristine waters. We spent many joyful days playing in the waves and exploring the vibrant town. We also highly recommend the short boat ride to Isla de Coral - a secluded white sand beach with incredible snorkeling opportunities.The property is located just north of La Peñita (which hosts a weekly Tianguis Market that’s an absolute must-visit!) and has a wonderfully rural feel, yet is still conveniently close to corner stores and a fruit stand. Evenings spent strolling along the avenida and discovering delicious taco stands were definitely a highlight of our stay.We absolutely cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Lauralynn for hosting us - it truly made our trip unforgettable!

La Casa was built by my Uncle (Tio). When he passed away he left the place to me. I am grateful every single day for this incredible gift. Over 30 years I have grown to love the community and have loved seeing my godchildren grow into adulthood - now with children of their own.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

La Casa is located on the very last street of this neighbourhood. The community is ALIVE - and buzzing with energy. Everyone knows everyone and smiles are offered freely. Once you enter through the walled garden gates and hear the music of the waterfall, you will enjoy your own slice of paradise. Relax in the private pool. BBQ the fresh catch of the day. Enjoy siesta in the hammock. Your choice.
