The space
Beautiful slice of heaven. Wake up with the sunrise over Lake Erie and watch the sunset come down over the calm waters of Hillman Marsh Conservation Area. With Point Pelee National Park just minutes away, the bird and wildlife activity will leave speechless.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house and the property. Master bedroom comes with a beautiful view of Hillman Marsh Conservation Area, as well as a separate entrance suitable for a small family. Two coffee stations located within the house to enjoy with the morning sunrise.

Other things to note
If you're looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of life, look no further. This extremely rare double waterfront is situated on a dead end peninsula that makes you feel like you are in a dream. Wake up and go to sleep with the sound of waves and wildlife all around you.

Beautiful Retreat Lots of Special Touches

We spent a long weekend at 2 Waters. The location is beautiful. We appreciated the thoughtful little extras the hosts provided, including a personalized note, basic spices, laundry soap, plenty of coffee and creamer, and a craft of water. It was a nice, relaxing weekend with family- just what we needed!

Our family of four, including two teens and one dog, stayed at Two Waters for a week. The location was quiet and naturally beautiful. Between gorgeous sunsets over Hillman Marsh and sunrises and moon reflections over Lake Erie, it’s a hard location to beat if you are looking for tranquility and time to connect to nature. Tons of birds as well, both in and around the marsh and at nearby Point Pelee National Park. The park is definitely a must-see during your stay. With sandy beaches, rentals (bikes, kayaks, canoes), beautiful walking trails, and of course the point, there is plenty there to keep a family occupied for hours. We also enjoyed excursions into Leamington. Highly recommend Salsa Caliente for Mexican food and Booster Juice for smoothies, bowls, and quick, delicious takeaway food. The house itself had plenty of space for our family, with room to both spread out and gather throughout our stay. The beds were super comfortable. Also enjoyed spending time outside with the dog, particularly in the back yard. As noted in the listing, the home only has one bathroom, which was occasionally challenging for four people, but by no means a deal breaker. We took full advantage of the full size washer and dryer (always nice to head home with mostly clean clothes) and cooked quite a bit in the kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only “nice to have” would be a dishwasher, but we managed just fine. Overall a fabulous trip and stay! Thanks Matt and Shasta for the opportunity!

We were thrilled to find the location was on a dead end road. We found the location to be excellent as its' ambience inside and out were just what we were looking for, complete serenity. We were close to two towns which were just moments away. also we were able to visit Pelee National Park and rent kayaks at the boardwalk Marsh . We hiked the Chrysler Greenway trail in Kingsville. We also visited Cedar Beach where we walked barefoot along Lake Erie's edge. We love Rock Hounding for tiny smooth tumbled looking stones. The interior of this Double Waterfront Property is Sensational and very clean. Matthew and Shasta have created a well-designed and thoughtful place for their visitors to enjoy. Thanks for having us. We'd love to return someday. Stan, Heather and Barb

Mother Nature was not cooperative during our stay at Two Waters, but this made us appreciate even more Matt’s delightful cottage. From its well appointed rooms, the great shower, the lanai and the view on the lake, and the large bedroom facing the marsh, Two Waters provided quiet, calm and spectacular views of the powerful storm that swept the area on our second day, and the sunrises and sunsets. We will be back!!
