The house is fully stocked and set up to best accommodate large groups like wedding parties, reunions, golf groups, and race teams. The kitchen is adjacent to a full service walk-in pantry. There is a large living room, dining room, study, and yard for people to gather. The study is next to the main bath on the lower level and can be closed off as a private bedroom suite since the room has a sofa bed that can be pulled out. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with a total of 11 beds and another sofa bed in the living room in addition to the one in the study. The house has 2 full baths and 1 powder room. Great space for a group

Everything is newly renovated and very clean. Lots of space. Great kitchen. Plenty of beds for a group. Only slight negative is only 2 bathrooms for a house that has 11 beds.

We had a wonderful stay and it is 10 min from Road America and local restaurants! The property is beautifully updated throughout on a quiet farmstead. Everything was so clean and they had everything you needed. We met Hannah at the property for a key, which was different, as most other VRBOs have a digital code on the front door. She was very accommodating and friendly! We brought our dogs and they had lots of play space in the big side yard. Upstairs are all the bedrooms, so our family could spread out there. Be mindful, that the stairs going to the bedrooms and bathroom are smaller and steeper, which is normal for older homes. And the hallway to the upstairs bathroom is a bit tight. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

The owner grew up in the house and visits frequently, but hates to see the beautiful sit empty, so we started renting it out as a vacation rental home. The house was renovated in 2021 so it has a clean, modern feel yet keeps the cozy charm of a farmhouse.

Why they chose this property

The house is surrounded by farm fields and a small orchard creating the perfect peaceful escape. Since there is a large yard, we can accommodate numerous vehicles of any size and host a variety of events.

What makes this property unique

The house has expansive parking space, making it ideal for hosting large groups and events. We also have a shop with a car lift in it that can be offer to race crews that stay and need a place to do last minute work on vehicles. We are located near a number of local attractions including: Road America, Whistling Straits, Lake Michigan, Kohler, Elkhart Lake, Plymouth, and less than an hour from Green Bay and Milwaukee.
