The garage studio is on the 2nd floor of the garage and requires stairs to access- The homeowner is occasionally on-site; they may be present during your stay- There are other bookable vacation rentals on-site that share the pool and most outdoor amenities; other travelers may be present during your stay- There are possible hazards due to this being a rural location. Watch your step for dangerous drop-offs, wildlife, etc., when exploring- Due to the rural location, WiFi is limited- The jetted tub needs maintenance and is currently unavailable- Most of the property is primarily accessible by 4WD or AWD- A boat slip is available at the Fairfield Bay Marina for an additional fee, paid to the marina. It is $20 per night for a covered boat slip and $15 per night for an uncovered boat slip- Fishing boat, canoe, and kayak rentals are available for an additional fee of $60 per day per boat, paid to the Guest Contact. Drop-off and pick-up services are available- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces out from the property gate.
