Enjoy your Greers Ferry lake get away at this brand new 3-bedroom, 3-bath lakefront home. Sleeps up to 9 people. Upstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are amazing lake views through-out with a large outdoor deck. There is a separate living space downstairs in addition to the third bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs has a shuffleboard, poker table, arcade table and big screen TV. The back patio downstairs has a hot tub that overlooks the lake. Every room has a Smart TV. High speed fiber optics internet is available. This property includes a fully stocked chefs kitchen with gas stove and oven along with a plumbed Kuerig coffee pot. Downstairs there is a wet bar with ice maker, additional coffee pot, microwave and under the counter fridge that makes this home great for multi families. Outdoor gas grill available to use. There are 2 kayaks and a paddle board available to use as well as a ping pong table in the garage. The upstairs and downstairs has a gas fireplace. There is a closet full of games and a Wii available for family fun! Rain or shine you’ll have plenty to do. Home is nestled in the trees with lots of privacy and has stunning views of the lake. A neighborhood boat ramp is available. This home can be enjoyed all year!
