Its located in a new gated complex (built in 2024) with pool and 24/7 security. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioner each, living-dining room with air conditioner, 2 bathrooms, one in the master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, work station and balcony.

Master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom and walking closet. Additional amenities are available during your stay, iron and ironing board, 2 beach chairs and cooler, beach towels, hair dryer, basic condiments for cooking, and board games to play with kids and family.

All areas within the apartment are available for you to enjoy!

Relax in the shared pool or the private balcony after a day in the sun, beach and adventures.

Our building complex has a power generator in case of any power failure, and supplies the whole project and apartment.

Important note:
For stays longer than 5 nights, there is an extra charge for electrical power. The estimated cost per week is about US 30.00 (RD$ 15.00 per Kw).

We also offer one free cleaning per week for stays longer than 7 days.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave the keys in the same place where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not use the twin bed in Room 2 (upper bunker bed).
Do not hang towels, swimsuit, clothes in the balcony. You will find clothes racks in the closet that you can take out to hang your clothes, towels.
Respect the tranquility of your neighbors. No loud music inside or out of the apartment, and no visitors allowed without prior approval.
