A quaint quiet space away from busy city, beauty all seasons. Short 10 minute drive to Mount St Louis Moonstone or Horseshoe Valley skiing & snowboarding, hiking and touring activities,
Enjoy quiet time, feet up in front of the cozy gas fireplace or outside surrounded by gardens. Take a walk on the Tay Trail or nearby little town streets. Extensive amenities & activities available within 10 - 15 min drive, 'if you choose'.
Cabin is 2 years new, enjoy the aroma of pine and cedar finishes.
Your own space, cozy 300 square feet Cabin, with tiny home convenient amenities. Queen bed sleeping area, vaulted ceiling, cupboards, clothes hanging racks, self contained bathroom, cedar finish, shelving & shower facilities. Note towels and bedding provided. Cabin is facilitated with a fridge, freezer, toaster over/air fryer, induction burner, kettle, coffee press and 'weather permitting' use of a gas BBQ.
Extensive visual pleasures, snowy winter wonderland & summertime greenery with garden eye candy around the Cabin and property. The owner loves gardening, baking and welcomes guests to chat. Summer seasonal veggies & herbs for meal accents.
This one acre property is located on the Tay Trail, be sure to enjoy leisure walks on the Tay Trail only seconds from the Cabin doorstep. Property is located 60 seconds to local beach, 1.2 km away from Waubaushene Beaches Provincial Park, minutes from docks/piers for fishing & 10-15 minutes to Mount St Louis Moonstone & Horseshoe Valley snowboarding/ski hills.
Take in fresh Georgian Bay breezy air only a few steps away, swim at the local quaint beach, bench rest and gaze around the pretty gardens & nearby dock/pier.
Join the owner for baked goods & cup of coffee or anytime refreshment. Night time fire pit is available, safety and weather dependent. Your Cabin stay offers internet/TV resource and a cozy fireplace, front and back deck.

Just a little drive out of the main city centres, (Coldwater, Midland, Orillia & Barrie, Newmarket & King minutes away, then Richmond Hill, Toronto, Mississauga 60-90 minutes away).
This beautiful one acre property is on the Tay Trail & Georgian Bay, steps from enjoying water views, the beach, boating, fishing, hiking the Tay trail & Provincial park.
Property edge lined with varying types of trees, unique soft hill grading accents and separate living enjoyment areas.
Waubaushene is a bedrock town, plenty of natural stones have been unearthed to use creating stair steps, patios and building border edging.
Year round friendly wildlife can be seen, from the little monarch and admiral butterflies to bunnies, groundhogs, fishers, foxes (in winter) and extensive bird varieties (robins, cardinals, blue jays, orioles, finches, hawks, turkey vultures, winter Trumpet swans & even bald eagles). It's all about timing, looking up and around.

The owner purchased this Tay Trail acre property summer of 2021, building and occupying the completed buildings. The guest Cabin/Cottage was first built and occupied in 2023. A spacious deck & gazebo offer vantage point views and a place to rest among the gardens.
This property is undeniably special, open spaces, trees of varied shades of green, life outdoors is thoroughly enjoyed, always offering a refreshing Bay breeze, plenty of sunshine amidst the many garden areas and patios/porches.
