Looking for the perfect spot to gather with friends or family? Look no further! This home is a great option for golfers and families, offering 5 bedrooms and additional trudle beds to set up anywhere in the house.

Sleeping arrangements? No problem! With 5bedrooms and 2 extra trundle beds, everyone gets a cozy spot to rest their head. This place is basically a vacation haven waiting to happen!
Down stairs you will find

Bedroom 1 King bed, panel heater, smart tv and walk in robe.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

Separate dining room with 6-seater setting.

Lounge room with large smart tv, gas heater, and 6 or 7 seater couch.

Laundry with washing machine.

Upstairs

Bedroom 2 with King bed, smart tv, reverse cycle and walk in robe, ensuite with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 3 King bed, robes, panel heater.

Bedroom 4 Queen bed, robes, panel heater.

Bedroom 5 Split king singles - can be made into a King bed or request at time of booking, wardrobe, tv and speaker.

* Two single trundle beds available to set up.

The house has evaporative cooling and heating throughout, making it comfortable all year round.

Lovely outdoor entertaining areas, complete with inground swimming pool, bbq, and outside furniture.

Step outside to an inground swimming pool, BBQ, and outdoor furniture. Grab your mates, fire up the barbie, and make some memories! Please note that the waterslide has been removed from the pool, and is usable in the separate lawn area only. New images to be uploaded soon.

Cade Retreat isn't just a house - it's a comfortable home away from home.

All Bed and Bath Linen is provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.

Other Things TO Note:
- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property. You will need to notify Yarrawonga
Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable.

- Dogs cannot be left unattended at the property.

- CTV camera - located at the front of the house, and front door.

- Check in time: After 3pm : Check out time: 10 am

- Yarrawonga Escapes does not provide firewood or kindling for firepits or wood heaters.

Guests are welcome to purchase firewood from local service stations or Bunnings

Self Check-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Loss OF Keys: Once you have checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

Here’s a polished property review based on your notes:⸻We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On arrival, we discovered the pool needed cleaning, which was disappointing after a long trip. The listing also advertised six bedrooms, but there were only five actual rooms. We eventually found trundle beds on the last day, but they would have had to go in the living area, making the house feel even more crowded for a large group.The house also wasn’t well equipped to cater for the number of guests it claims to accommodate. We had to search through multiple drawers just to find enough plates, and mealtimes were cramped with ten people squeezed around the dining table, relying on stools and outdoor chairs to make it work. The internet was also turned off when we arrived, which caused some initial inconvenience.On a positive note, the location is really good, and there was plenty of parking for everyone. With a few improvements to accuracy, amenities, and setup for larger groups, this property could offer a much better experience.

The pool area wasn't has nice as shown ! the surrounding landscaping was not maintained & messy. The kids water slide was not in use & not safe to use, so it was removed from the pool side & placed in the back yard, we were advised of this 1 week before going to the house, the grandchildren were disappointed. The cleaners did not dust the house & there was no vacuum cleaner, the pool side umbrella went missing after 4 days. We were told that a gust of wind may have uplifted it,( we find that very bazar) apparently we were told a neighbour found it in the street, so why didn't they return it to the house, they had informed the owner of the house though. That night that the umbrella went missing the weather was extremely warm, no sign of any wind or rain. We really didn't appreciate if someone came through the back as we had two pups & they could have easily run off or if the owner needed the umbrella for his own use, it didn't sit right with us at all & very hard to believe that we were told a wind gust uplifted the umbrella when it was securely fitted down in its holder. My husband purchased a new hinge for the side gate that lead out to the back yard, the gate was hanging on one hinge. The trellis leading to the front door needs to be pulled down & replaced my son had slightly touched it & a piece of timber had broken off & landed on his head, you can see it's had its time . These complaints are all true facts. Please advise the owner , although I'm sure he is well aware
