Esta super lujosa villa recientemente terminada con las mejores instalaciones modernas ubicadas directamente sobre el mar y la playa y está a sólo unos minutos a pie del centro de Cala Mandia. La villa se distribuye un total de 4 habitaciones. 3 dormitorios están en la planta superior de un dormitorio con baño en suite y un dormitorio tiene acceso directo a la terraza con vista el mar.Desde la terraza en la planta baja de una escalera conduce a la Poolbereich.Desde la terraza en la planta baja de una escalera conduce a la zona de la piscina. Sobre la acera sur adyacente tiene acceso a una playa de arena (a unos 50 metros).

Perfect in every way

The villa is splendid. It is spacious, well equipped and in perfect order. The pool is lovely too. But even more impressive is the location - it overlooks the beach which is a few minutes walk away. The view is stunning and I do not see how it can be beaten. Patricia is the lady who we dealt with on arrival, and answers questions promptly during our stay, and she goes out of her way to be helpful. I rarely give anything full marks but this property deserves it.

Maison parfaitement agencée, équipée et localisée. Accueil exemplaire avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Patricia a répondu à toutes nos demandes avec un délais de réponse ultra court et surtout des réponses tout à fait appropriées au moindre besoin. Nous aurons plaisir à revenir.

Couldn't have been better!

We stayed as three generations of a family in this stunning villa and we all had an amazing time. The villa is so spacious as well as being exceptionally well equipped - they really did think of pretty much everything! The proximity to the beach (literally a 2 minute walk) and the lovely pool area - with lots of places to sit both in and out of the sun - added to the whole experience. Communications, and restaurant suggestions, with both the owners and the on-site house manager were excellent. We can't wait to return! Ashley and Elena

Urlaub in einem Traumhaus

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und es war wieder wunderbar. Wir hatten diesmal einen Tapas-Abend mit „Book a Cook“. In der neuen Küche mit 100% vollständiger Ausstattung, war es einfach ein Fest. Einziger Punkt zu dieser Jahreszeit ist, das der Pool noch ziemlich kalt ist. Etwas Zuheizung, z.B. durch einige Solarpanals, wäre wünschenswert ist aber für das tolle Haus kein K.O.-Kriterium.

Very relaxing experience

Group of 6 adults. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I could be picky, I’d hope for a hot tub as we stayed in the cooler season. That aside, all amenities accurate and abundant. Would happily stay again!

Traumhaus in Traumlage mit super Service

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche Ende November. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.Exzellente Küche und Ausstattung, traumhafte Ausblick und Terrasse mit allem Komfort. Wundervolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer. Ich habe selten so ein gut durchdachtes im Detail sehr gut geplantes Ferienhaus gemietet. Da passt einfach alles sehr stimmig zusammen. Super Service der Vermieter und der Betreuung durch Patricia vor Ort.

Another great

This was our second stay at this wonderful home. The home is fully stocked, wonderfully located very close to the beach, and has the most amazing view! There are several very good restaurants within walking distance. Communications with the property manager couldn’t have been easier. This is one of our all-time favorite rental properties.

Heavenly visit

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Mandia, and we would definitely love to do it all over again. The setting it gorgeous, the house is set up perfectly for togetherness and privacy. We had a family group and baby, and everyone had their space, and lovely shared spaces. The property was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed every minute!

Hervorragend, traumhaft - und perfekte Gastgeber!

Der Gesamteindruck des Objektes ist hervorragend und traumhaft! Das Objekt ist perfekt ausgestattet - sowohl für Erwachsene (die Küche beeindruckte sehr...) als auch für Kinder. Die Betreuung durch die örtliche Hausmanagerin ist ebenfalls vorbildlich, gleichfalls die freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Der seriöse Eindruck des Angebotes wurde vollkommen bestätigt. Kurzum: ein Objekt zum Wiederkommen!

Ein Traumhaus voller Schönheit

Ein wunderbareres Haus mit fantastischen Ausblick und perfektem Pool. Mit Sinn und Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Uns ist nichts aufgefallen, was gefehlt haben könnte - obwohl wir gesucht haben:-). Alles in allem eine wunderbar großzügige Atmosphäre - in der man sich einfach wohl fühlen muss. Nur zu empfehlen.

Cala Mandia

The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures shown. The owners were always responsive whenever I had questions. Patricia the property manager was very helpful. She coordinated the pick-up and drop-off from the airports for us. The view and pool were amazing. We stayed mostly in the house either going to the pool or hanging out at the patio with the beautiful view. We walked to the beach one day. We preferred the beach in cala anguila vs cala mandia as there were no rocks to deal with . It was an ideal location/home to relax and unwind especially after all the touristy things we did in Madrid. Anne -New Yorker

Spectacular Ocean Front Home

We have rented many homes from VRBO, and I can honestly say that this one was the best overall experience we have ever had. The location simply cannot be beat. The house is Just a short walk to two beaches, located in a quaint little town with convenient shops and restaurants. The house itself is spacious and beautiful, even better than the pictures. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever had. They had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor area is truly special with an expansive patio comfortable furniture and a beautiful pool. What really sets the house apart is the view! Absolutely spectacular view of the sea, cliffs and beach. We absolutely loved this home and enjoyed every moment in Mallorca!

Perfectly located modern villa

The location is great and convenient if you are in the West of the island. The house has everything you need and is well equipped, the pool has a decent size and the rooms are clean and spacious. Very recommendable. Patricia the house manager was very helpful and lovely to speak to.

Even Better Than the Pictures!

The pictures and description of this villa are well done and quite attractive. But when our group arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the villa is bigger than we expected with so many additional amenities. The views are postcard perfect! The location is outstanding with just a 5 min walk to one beach and an 8 min walk to another beach. Both beaches have a bar / restaurant that serve food and drinks. Very affordable and convenient. Upon arrival the property manager, Patricia, met us and gave us a tour of the property and amenities. Patricia was very welcoming and kind. She checked up on us via text several times and when we could not reach a restaurant by phone that we wanted to visit, she made the reservation for us. We were two families, four adults and four children ages 13, 13, 15 and 17. This villa was perfect for our group. We are well seasoned travelers and also own vacation rentals in Florida, so we appreciate how clean and well prepared the villa was. We didn't do much cooking as the restaurants in the area were a convenient and quick walk, great quality and very reasonably priced. This part of the island is more rural and remote and didn't really feel like an area with a lot of parties which worked great for our group. I know other reviewers mentioned the noise from the bar across the bay, but we were never disturbed by any loud music or activity. Overall, we were very impressed and loved our stay. We wish it could have been for more than four nights. Only minor suggestions would be more pillows for the beds. Thanks for sharing your villa! Definitely a great place to stay and well worth the cost of the rental. Thank you Patricia for your expertise and great service!

Traumhafte Villa mit herrlichem Blick

Wir wurden herzlichst von Patricia empfangen und es war bereits um 10:00 Uhr alles für unsere Ankunft perfekt vorbereitet. Im Kühlschrank lagen schon ein paar kühle Bierchen und Wasser bereit und in der Küche gab es leckere Äpfel für einen ersten Snack. Die Villa entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Bildern, Alles Top gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es machte uns sehr viel Spaß Gast in dieser Ville zu sein. Das Objekt kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Lovely relaxing stay in Mallorca

This is a fantastic property in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. The rooms are large and comfortable, and great open plan living areas to enjoy lounging in! We loved the pool, although was a little chilly in October! There are a few restaurants nearby which we enjoyed trying out. Overall a great holiday, we loved it!

Traumhaus in Traumlage

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Traumhaus verbracht. Die Lage durch den traumhaften Blick auf das Meer ein absoluter TRAUM. Hinzu kommt, dass das Haus genau zwischen zwei wunderschönen kleinen Buchten fußläufig liegt, die man über einen Fußweg, aus dem Gartentor raus direkt an der Küste entlang in ca. 3-5 min. erreicht. Die Schlüssel- und Hausübergabe funktionierte hervorragend mittels einer sehr netten deutschsprachigen Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und kommen sicher bald wieder. Sehr schönes Haus !

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Ein wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer. In einer Minute am Strand. Ein sehr netter Empfang und eine hervorragende Betreuung, durch die Verwaltung vor Ort. Vor allem viele Kleinigkeiten schon vorhanden ( Spülmittel, Gewürze etc. ) man merkt , dass sich der Vermieter sehr viel Mühe gibt. Das Haus selber : neu renoviert und perfekt. Corona bedingt ist der Ort selber touristisch ausgestorben, aber Porto Cristo , als nächst größerer Ort, ist sehr nah. Wer einen schönen Villa Urlaub machen möchte , ist hier wirklich gut aufgehoben.

Luxusvilla mit Strandzugang

Luxusvilla mit Strandzugang: Eine Villa mit Traumblick und Zugang zum Strand. Durch das Gartentor kommt man in 1 Minute zur schönen Cala Mendia. Den Blick auf das Meer kann man vom großen Überlaufpool (mit schwimmendem Liegesack) oder der überdachten Loungegruppe genießen. Alles war blitzsauber und neuwertig. Auch die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts. Ein Bäcker mit frischen Brötchen (!) und ein Supermarkt sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Möbel im Haus sind alle massiv und hochwertig. Die Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, lassen sich ordentlich verdunkeln und haben sehr bequeme Matratzen. Es gibt im Haus mehrere geräumige Duschen (mit gutem Wasserdruck). Ein wirklich perfekter Urlaub: Die Kinder spielen im Pool oder am Strand, die Erwachsenen genieße tolles Essen und leckere Weine auf der Terrasse oder in der Lounge-Ecke. Wir kennen auf Mallorca keine andere Villa mit so einem Blick und der Nähe zum Strand. Vielen Dank an Anne und Christoph! Wir hätten auch 6 Sterne gegeben 😉
