Step into the comfort of our brand-new modern private entrance basement fully equipped and tastefully furnished to meet all your needs. Our suite has soundproofing which reduces noise from the main floor but you may still hear sounds occasionally.

Please note: unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the home.
Main house and Garage is not included. The basement is a legal suite and have a separate entrance and no interference with the main house. We have people living on the main floor, you may hear occational sound from upper floor during your stay.
