Just a 2 min walk to the surf beach, patrolled October through March, or enjoy lovely views from the house.
Experience all there is to discover about Goolwa and the surrounding areas of Currency Creek, Hindmarsh Island, Middleton and Port Elliot. Visit the many wineries, art studios, cafes and homewares stores. The bike/walking track that links Goolwa with Middleton, Port Elliot and beyond.
This property is STRICTLY non-smoking.

The house is well equipped with all you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal for a large group as well as a BBQ on the balcony.
Two spacious living areas with smart tv`s for the ability to watch your favourite Netflix show or catch some sport on Kayo. A cosy fire place upstairs with some wood provided for the first night. Bring your own kindling.
Four bedrooms are serviced by two bathrooms as well as a third separate toilet.
All bed linen is provided as well as bathroom towels such as bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers. Kitchen tea towels also provided.
Please note that this property is really not suitable for children under the age of 6.
The home has a lovely slow combustion fire place but it does NOT have a fire guard in place so it is suggested that small children not be brought to this house unless you are prepared to take the fire danger risk on yourselves.
There is no stair gate so if you bring young children, you will need to provide your own if you feel it is needed. There is also no high chair or porta cot provided. You will need to bring your own.

Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. $200 fine applies for non compliance.

***One well behaved dog may be allowed on holiday with you but you must apply for them to come and be preferably non shedding or an outside dog. A $75 pet fee will apply.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
