Accessible from both the living room and the main bedroom, the furnished balcony is the ideal place to enjoy Aruba's warm weather, take in the scenery, and make priceless vacation memories.

A sofa, a TV, a circular dining table with seating for 4, and a fully furnished kitchen with 3 barstool seats are all located inside the open-concept living space. In addition, the condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half-bathroom.

This condo provides you with 1,375 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs in the living room and each bedroom, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 4 guests in a king-size bed and a queen-size bed.

Please take note that the interior was professionally redone in November 2025 and is completely equipped with upscale European furniture.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
