Rented this property for my elderly mom. At first glance it seemed like a nice place to stay for the week. However, there were a few things that became annoying that made the stay less than desirable. The lack of kitchen appliances was one thing, for example no toaster. The biggest complaint though was no hot water. I communicated through the app and did receive responses fairly quickly. Even though they sent a technician, the problem wasn't resolved. It was only after the stay did they say that they found a solution for future guests. No compensation, just sorry. Sorry, but that doesn't cut it. Not for having to go without hot water for a week.
