Incredible location. Sleeps 7 people. Very short walk to all the shops, pub, restaurants and amenities including Woolworths, Coles and Aldi, coupled by a 6minute walk to Ocean Beach. Leave the car at the house and enjoy everything at your doorstep. All brand-new furniture inside and 2 separate reverse cycle air conditioner systems for added comfort and firepit to finish off the evening. 6min walk to Ocean Beach, 40 second walk to the Pub, 3min drive to Ettalong beach and 10min drive to Pearl beach. If you enjoy the beach lifestyle and a good surf and want everything at your feet, look no further than this property with an amazing location.
