Looking for the perfect family getaway or group escape? Our spacious double-story 3 bedroom beach house in Cowes, Phillip Island ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.
Sleeps up to 8 guests with flexible bedding for families and friends.

Bedroom 1 – Queen bed
Bedroom 2 – Tri-bunk (Double on bottom, Single on top)
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed + Single bed
Enjoy open-plan living, a fully fenced backyard ideal for kids and pets, and a covered outdoor area with table tennis for hours of fun. There's double-gate access for boats or caravans and off-street parking for 3–4 cars.
Upstairs, relax on the beautiful balcony with amazing views—the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful moment or watch the sunset.
Located just minutes from Cowes beach, local shops, cafes, and attractions like the Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre, and A Maze’N Things—you’re close to all the action while enjoying your own private retreat.
