WOW! 2 Bedroom Near Downtown Greenville - Pet Friendly
Cozy 2 Bedroom 1Bath within walking distance to Bon Secours Arena and great dining. Less than 3 minute drive to downtown Greenville. This is perfect for a business traveler or couple for a getaway trip to our great city! Dog friendly, Free parking, Queen and full beds, extra comfy linens, clean towels, dog station, and much more! .
Very convenient to Bon Secours and super great that we could have a pets with us. Overall comfort was fair. Would suggest trading in the sofa maybe for sectional and/or sofa and 2 suitable chairs (recliner and or chair with ottomon). Beds slept great. No bedroom TV and limited electric outlets in bedrooms. (Important for those that have those little nighttime sleeping machines) but didnât bother us we come prepared for those issues. Electricity outlet options are sparse in kitchen - microwave on top of fridge and 1 outlet in kitchen - breaker flipped on us but canât say enough about the great property manager and super quick responses. We would stay again -pets will have to be on leash for walking. Closed in area but is concrete - We found the dog park close by for doggie duties great. Thanks for everything!
Our stay was very pleasant. Well priced for the area. Quite older neighborhood. Convenient to Bon Secours arena and downtown. Well stocked with supplies. Suggest a keyless entry.
This was a great price for this location! Some restaurants and a cigar bar very close. We walked to the wellness center for a concert.
It was clean and comfortable!
I'm a frequent visitor to Greenville (parent of a Furman student) and enjoy finding new neighborhoods and places to stay. This VRBO is in a great location, an easy drive to everything and a quick walk to some great beer and food. The place is small, but adequate for two people.
We came in for a Dog Show at the Convention Center. This house was just perfect for our team. the little patio in the back helped us all relax and get ready for the days ahead. Everything we needed was nearby at the shops.
Small, nothing fancy, but comfortable, tiny yard, safe area, could use a deep clean to get rid of the pet smell. The abandoned property next-door that others mentioned is being fixed up.
Comfortable, great mattress for sleeping, no gate for fenced in back area (picture of fenced in area doesn't show no gate so issue for our pet to run around. OK for our pet, brought a screw-in ground lead for her. Cat under kitchen floor stuck in crawl space under house in AC silver duct work couldn't escape. Animal control called to assist. Recommend this place to stay, owner very cooperable.
Cute little place. Perfect for a multi day stay. Just what we were looking for. A place to sleep with extra rooms/space to unwind after being out all day.
This home is perfectly situated, a stroll away from Downtown Greenville and the beautiful Falls Park on the Reedy. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect home-away-from-home experience.
The property's interior is simple and comfortable, offering modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The host was incredibly attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process and providing local tips.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Greenville, SC!
This place was great for my short two-day trip to Greenville with my dogs. There is an abandoned/boarded-up house next door but it's the outlier for this neighborhood. The house butts up to Overbrook ravine/neighborhood and it's very well off and gorgeous. I walked my dogs through the ravines which was perfect because the shade helped us stay cool in the heat. You can get anywhere in Greenville in about 10-15 minutes because the city is so small, and this house is centrally located so you can get downtown in a flash.
My one recommendation would be to install some sort of cover over the entryway. It was raining when I arrived and water was pouring out of the gutters and all over me while I was getting the key out of the lockbox and unlocking the door.
Will happily stay here again. Great communication with the owner, not pushy, checked in on me, and then let me be. Wifi is great if you WFH.
This was a great home-base for a weekend in Greenville where I was mostly out and about! There is an awesome seafood restaurant ~200 feet away which was a perfect way to start the trip. It's about a 20 minute walk into downtown Greenville and the walk can take you through a nice park. If you're not a walker you will definitely need a car or uber to get yourself around!
This little house was perfect for our time in Greenville. Not fancy but cozy. Great location. Close to Bons Secure Arena where we spent a lot of our time, watching basketball. Also, close to downtown Greenville. It was well stocked with the necessities. Easy check in and check out. Omar was easy to communicate with. We will be back next year for the basketball tournament and I hope that I can stay here again.
We thought we had a problem with the thermostat and Omar immediately responded. He quickly got a service call set up within minutes. However, it was not a problem, we just thought it was and he just as quickly cancelled the call. Appreciate the quickness!
We were visiting family in the area and needed a comfortable place to sleep and eat breakfast, so this small inexpensive home worked great. We were close to family and the city. We had questions prior to making a reservation, and the owner replied promptly. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. It was small and there wasn't a dishwasher or washer/dryer -- but those things weren't important to us. A couple of negatives -- our daughter could hear someone snoring through her wall from the adjacent property, and a house on one side had boarded up windows which made the neighborhood seem not-so-nice. But we would still stay here again. We were a little worried about the parking, but it wasn't that bad and we appreciated knowing the situation in advance. All in all, our stay was good, and we would recommend this property. Thank you!
