🐾 Pets: Only permitted with written confirmation. Unauthorized pets: $250 plus extra cleaning costs.
🎉 Parties/Events: Strictly not allowed. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund.
🔕 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
🚬 External Smoking Only: Allowed in the private courtyard with the door fully closed. Courtyard must be clean upon checkout. Odors or butts left behind will incur extra charges.
🗑️ Excessive Rubbish & Extra Cleaning: $50 per hour for removal or additional cleaning.
♻️ Council Bin Usage: Misuse incurs a $100 fee for proper sorting.
