This exquisite Double-Storey haven is designed for ultimate comfort and style, offering 4 bedrooms and 2 living spaces, each fitted with 75-inch smart TVs. The gourmet kitchen with butlerâs pantry, sleek countertops, and premium appliances. Step onto the balcony, with plush modern outdoor furniture, and lose yourself in the 180-degree views of Western Port Bay, Swan Bay, and the iconic Phillip Island coastline.
Downstairs, youâll find two comfortable bedrooms ideal for guests or family, along with the main bathroom featuring both a shower and bath for added convenience. The inviting lounge room offers a plush modern couch, a 75-inch flat-screen smart TV, and a split-system air conditioner to keep things cool and cozy. From here, step out onto the undercover alfresco dining area, complete with a Weber BBQ for those perfect outdoor meals. The surrounding garden includes a lush grassed area for play or relaxation, plus a large outdoor spa and jacuzzi nestled under a gazebo with louvre shutters for complete privacy. For practicality, thereâs a modern laundry with a separate washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a large garage with internal access for secure parking.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents).
STRICTLY NO HENS OR BUX NIGHTS PERMITTED.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.
Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.
At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing.
Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.
Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

PETS: One pet is allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay.
Weekend and Long weekend stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.
The "STAYZ service fee" is STAYZ fee to the traveller. This fee is not paid to us as the hosts and is a charge made independently by the Airbnb online payment booking system directly to the traveller.
The "Taxes" charge is the new Victorian Government 7.5% levy on short term accommodation in Victoria. This tax is collected by STAYZ and is remitted to the Victorian State Revenue office by STAYZ.
