Welcome to my stylish 50 sq m (538 sq ft) apartment in a Parisian attic. Accessible by a glass elevator, it features air conditioning. The bed and shower are spacious, and numerous windows offer stunning views of the sky. Poetry, tranquility, and abundant natural light are guaranteed, along with magnificent sunsets. You'll be in the trendy and fashionable Batignolles district, a dream location for many Parisians: a very pleasant place to live, with everything within walking distance. The restaurants and shops are excellent, the neighbors are friendly, and the area is safe. There's also a large garden, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or exercising, complete with sparkling water fountains. You'll be just 15 minutes from tourist attractions, without the crowds and high prices of the more touristy areas. As this apartment is my own home, it's very well-equipped.
