Lovely apartment in a perfect location for our first trip to Paris — near Metro station; walkable distance to great restaurants; grocery shop just outside; awesome street art in the neighborhood. Apartment was the perfect size with everything we needed; so nice not to have to run out right away for coffee and milk. Sophie and Pierre were incredible hosts — very accomodating; excellent communication; Pierre met us at the apartment when we arrived to orient us to the apartment and the area.

We had a great holiday stay in Paris at this wonderful apartment. Pierre was a welcoming and helpful host. The apartment was perfect for our group of seven. Great location for near by shops and restaurants when we wanted to stay close and just a short walk to the metro when we wanted venture out. Will be back and would recommend to others.

Paris Vacation-Early Summer

Hi, Sophie and her husband Pierre were wonderful hosts and the property was in a great location for easy access to the Metropolitan. Also, the two food markets right near the location was very helpful for a family. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Family Wedding

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the Family Duplex. More than enough space for our family. The location was just perfect and we enjoyed exploring the local community. Pierre and Sophie were fantastic hosts. Would highly recommend.

Nice apartment in quiet area

Very nice accommodations for our group of 7. Nearby bakery was excellent for croissants and baguettes. Easy walk to metro station. Really enjoyed our stay.

Trip to Paris

We had a wonderful stay. Pierre and Sophia were both wonderful host. We thank them for all the information they gave my family and I. The apartment is a great size. An upstairs and downstairs we really love staying here a lot. many outside areas as well. If you come to Paris book here!

Amazing property and location

We loved this apartment, there was plenty of space for our family of four to have their own space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. There are bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores right outside your door, and two Metro stations nearby. Sophie and Pierre are kind and generous hosts. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful spacious home in the city

Loved this home away from home in Paris. Convenient to metro, food shops and markets. Very friendly and accommodating, helpful contacts at arrival and departure. It was so pleasant to have several bedrooms and baths, kitchen and outdoor spaces when staying here with our family of four adults. Lovely, homey and comfortable. Thank you so much for our excellent stay!

Perfect - in every way - family get away in Paris

Just as pictured, but once there you realize it is a real home and not some random rental. Sophie and Pierre made us feel like long-time friends. They even bought special things for our 8 month old. Lots of games for kids and adults, a beautiful baby grand piano if you play, beautiful terrace off the kitchen for evening meals. Very large, very well equipped. And killer croissants just across the street. Can’t recommend this place and these hosts too highly. Can’t wait to return.

Spring in Paris

I can't say enough positive things about this apartment and the hostess Sophie! My young adult children and I stayed here while visiting my daughter who is a student in Paris. Sophie was very communicative throughout the process, providing recommendations for our trip, as well as helpful information for my daughter before we arrived. The apartment itself is very large, which gave everyone their own room, and my children loved listening to the Richard's vinyl record collection! The location is very convenient and served as a wonderful "home base" for our adventures. Thank you, Sophie!

Loved this rental!

My family and I really enjoyed our 6 night stay here! This apartment has such a comfy feeling and had everything we needed. We stayed at 4 different rentals during our vacation and this was by far our favorite! Great communication throughout the entire process. The neighborhood in which the apartment is located was so charming. There are several markets, boulangerie's , restaurants and more and it's conveniently located close to many metros/bus stops which was perfect as we utilized public transportation the entire trip. We also appreciated the information and suggestions left for us on things to do nearby and in Paris! Thank you so much to the Richards for their warm hospitality!

Paradise in Paris

Our kind and gracious host welcomed us, and familiarized us with the flat and its appliances. Before arriving our host asked about our interests and provided lengthy recommendations for museums, restaurants, food stores, patisseries, and other excursions to enhance our visit. We truly came to know how Parisians live in this safe and quiet neighborhood. Our communications were timely, thorough, and comfortable. The property was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Paris and highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay— like staying in the home of a friend

Our family consisting of my daughter and her husband, their 2 teens, and my husband and I loved our stay in this charming apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is quite large with 4 bedrooms, one on the main floor and 3 upstairs. It has a bathroom upstairs with a tub/shower, a room with a toilet, and another bathroom off the master bedroom with a shower and sink. This arrangement worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and there is a lovely balcony right off the kitchen with tables making it perfect for eating outside. The living area is very nicely furnished and has a dining area with a large table which we found quite useful as a gathering place for planning the day’s activities. We liked that it was a quick walk to the metro which made it convenient for going everywhere in Paris. Sophie and Pierre are great at communicating and helping both beforehand and upon arrival. Pierre met us when we arrived which was great, and he helped us get acclimated to the property and the area. The suggestions and helpful hints for restaurants and places of business that Sophie provided were invaluable. We tried 3 of the restaurants in the area and enjoyed all of them, even going to one of them twice. The apartment feels like home with all the personal touches it has and all the warm and inviting communications with Sophie and Pierre.

C’était très agréable de recevoir la famille d’Alejandro venue visiter Paris. La communication malgré les barrages de la langue a été très facile avant, pendant et après le séjour. Nous serons ravis de les recevoir à nouveau.

If you want to experience Paris like a true local, book this property without hesitation. Each morning, we walked to one of several boulangeries within five minutes for fresh breakfast and enjoyed watching locals go about their day. There’s a shopping mall about a 15-minute walk away, with many restaurants along the route, and a metro station just a 5–10 minute walk away.The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and has a great layout: one bedroom and full bath on the main level, plus three more bedrooms and another bath upstairs—perfect for groups. The owners were gracious, communicative, and even greeted us on arrival. The home felt truly lived-in rather than like a typical rental, which made the stay more special.Beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood felt very safe and walkable. A beautiful historic church is directly across the street.While not in central Paris (about 25–30 minutes by car), we loved the quieter, more local feel. Plenty of shops, pharmacies, and bakeries nearby, and far fewer tourists.We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return.

Impeccable tout du long

Sophie est une excellent hôte, très sympathique et extrêmement serviable. La communication a été très fluide et simple, le logement est exactement comme décrit. Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles da, was man braucht und in einem ruhigen Quartier ausserhalb des Touristenstromes gelegen, und dennoch ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zuhause in Paris

Konnten wir sieben uns der geräumigen Wohnung im 13. Arr. fühlen. Es war alles da, was man braucht: Fast jeden Tag ein Markt um die Ecke, der beste Bäcker gleich vor dem Haus, Läden und jede Menge Restaurants auf dem Weg zur Place d‘Italie. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und taugt auch für einen ruhigen Nachmittag auf der Couch. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir haben die Tiefgarage genutzt - der Weg nach unten und oben ist mit 4,90m Länge unseres zu groß geratenen Wagens etwas eng. Wir sind aber ohne Schaden wieder rausgekommen! Ein richtig guter Platz für einen Paris-Besuch!
