The new apartment is located in a historic Wilhelminian style house near the university in the middle of the old town of Graz. It was completed in May 2012 and offers stylish, cozy living comfort in a very quiet, courtyard location with direct access to the garden. The inviting city park and Grazer Schloßberg are right in front of the house. You can reach the main square (center) in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment covers 35 m2, consisting of an anteroom, bathroom with large shower area and separate toilet. The spacious, open sleeping area with a double bed is separated by a wall from the kitchen and dining area. Large window doors and access to the garden convey a natural feeling of living in the green.
The apartment offers the ideal accommodation for your stay in Graz. Best suited for 1-2 people, as a holiday apartment or for business travelers. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. The bus stop (bus runs in all directions) can be reached in 2 minutes on foot.

A cozy apartment in a perfect location.
This apartment provided us the perfect location for exploring Graz. We did not need a car, since we were so close to many bus lines. Two went straight to the train station, another went into the heart of the city. When we did get a car, we were able to park right out front.
The apartment was crisp, clean, and modern. To me, it is an excellent example of how modern an apartment can be in a 143 year-old building. It was quiet, with a lovely yard out our back door. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed and couch were very comfortable. It felt like home.

Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts!
Das Appartement ist gut gelegen am Innenstadtring von Graz. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Es ist modern und trotzdem nicht kalt eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Graz braucht. Von der Nespressomaschine bis zum Bügelbrett. Alles ist sehr sauber. Ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin kommt noch hinzu. Das Appartement ist trotz der städtischen Lage sehr ruhig, weil es zu einem grünen Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Das Haus insgesamt auch sehr ruhig. Alles in allem: ich komme wieder!

Super Wohnung - tolle Lage
Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft voll zu, übertraf noch unsere Erwartungen. Nicht nur die komfortable Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit und die wirklich ruhige Lage machten den Aufenthalt in Graz sehr angenehm. 2 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bäcker, max. 10 Minuten zu Fuss direkt in die Altstadt - was will man mehr. Zur Ausstattung ist anzumerken, dass eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung steht - ggf. entsprechende Cups mitbringen, sollte man sonntags anreisen.
Die Übergabe der Schlüssel durch die Vermieterin erfolgte problemlos gemäß Terminabsprache, für evtl. Fragen oder Probleme wurde eine Telefonnummer hinterlassen, unter der man sie erreichen konnte.
Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
