Fantastic

Lovely place to stay in Graz. Very clean cosy and homely. Very well equipped. Very good communication with the owner. Very easy to find. My only complaint would be for a mirror in the bedrooms upstairs. Other than that a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city, we walked but can get a bus or tram. Within walking distance to a spar and Lidl. Thankyou for letting us stay in your lovely home

Accommodatie is in werkelijkheid ondermaats. Kapotte of oude spullen en dat voor die prijs. Ligbad is smal en zonder anti-slipmat spiegelglad. Op de 1e dag al een valpartij in bad. Achteraf waren we beter uit in een hotel. Het overkapt terras had ook gepoetst kunnen worden. Kortom geen aanrader.

You got a huge apartment with 3 bedrooms, big living room, full bathroom and big Terrasse with private garden. This is our home that you chose to stay and its not a tiny hotel room. This review you gave us is totally shameful and unreasonable. Evereybody before, was totally happy to be in our home for their vacation and nothing that you described is true for our home. You stayed for 5 days and you did not say a word about anything that hothered you. And finally you didnt pay the tourist tax that is obligated and clearly stated in our policy!

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche in diesem Apartment in Graz verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist praktisch ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für den Alltag benötigt. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit hilfsbereit – das hat uns den Aufenthalt zusätzlich erleichtert. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnten Graz von hier aus wunderbar entdecken.Ein unkomplizierter und empfehlenswerter Ort, um die Stadt zu besuchen – wir würden wiederkommen!

Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung in netter ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Alles erdenkliche was man braucht, vom Flaschenöffner bis zu Reiseführern ist vor Ort alles vorhanden. Man merkt, dass der Vermieter auch zwischendrin dort wirklich lebt und nicht nur die Wohnung rein komerziell vermietet. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass man wegen der vielen Sachen dort mit kleinen Kindern praktisch ständig darauf aufpassen muss, dass nichts kaputtgeht. Das ist dann wenig erholsam. Aber für Familien mit älteren Kindern oder reine Erwachsenengruppen kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wohnung in Graz

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Die Betten sind bequem und die ist Wohnung gemütlich und hat eine angenehme Größe. Zum Frühstücken konnten wir auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne sitzen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Eine schöne große Wohnung, die sehr persönlich wirkt und in der wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Es ist alles da was man so im Urlaub braucht. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und die Fenster lassen sich verdunkeln. Unser Highlight war die wundervolle Terasse mit Markise und der Blick ins Grüne. Rene war entgegenkommend und sehr freundlich, der ganze Ablauf stressfrei. Es war eine gute Wahl!

Schöne große Wohnung mit einem Erholungsfaktor

Wir möchten Rene für Seine hervorragende Kommunikation und seine Flexibilität danken. Es ging alles sehr einfach und respektvoll zwischen uns. Die Wohnung hat 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer und einen wunderschönen Aufenthaltsbereich mit einer halb offenen Küche. Die Erholung kam hier ganz von selbst und mit dem Garten konnten wir auch die ersten frühlingshaften Tage noch mal mehr genießen! Gerne wieder!!
