My stay here could not have been better! The house was amazing and the host was fantastic throughout the process! I will be staying here again if I ever find myself back at Lake Murray!

TVs did not get to stream but was very clean. The listing is not clear about being an ADU in back of a house. Had little privacy. Enjoyed the easy dock.

The TVs are equipped with Roku and were tested and were working properly before your arrival. Our welcome information includes contact details for assistance, and we would have been happy to help troubleshoot during your stay. Regarding privacy, the rental is a stand-alone building located closer to the main street and entrance, and the listing photos show the driveway and its location relative to the main house and lake. We appreciate your feedback and hope this context helps future guests know what to expect when booking.

Mari is an incredible host! I brought my father who is disabled and the ramp to the house made things much easier for us. Convenient location next to the lake and very quiet location. Would definitely stay here again. Clean and well stocked, the kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this spot. We stayed here towards the end of May 2026 for 4 days/3 nights to visit our family.

The overall stay was great. The owners were super nice. They don't respond to text right away, but will respond. The rooms were clean. The kitchen didn't have a cookie sheet or coffee pot that uses coffee pods, but does have a regular coffee pot. The access to the boat ramp is a little steep and you have to back it down the steep hill pretty far. You are not right on the water like I would have liked to have been. It was pretty quiet considering the neighbors are close. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The lake water level has been lower than usual this year, which makes access to the lake feel a little more steep. We appreciate you sharing the details about the kitchen setup and the layout of the area, as that kind of feedback helps future guests know what to expect. We chose this property because it was halfway between my cousin and myself and we wanted Jet skis on the lake. Mari was a fabulous host and her cottage was so cute!We sat out on the porch and played cards at night and enjoyed the view. The biggest draw and plus for us was the fact that we had our own boat launch and we're able to tie our skis up overnight rather than have to pull them out of the water. That was absolutely amazing.The house was full of amenities and just absolutely lovely. There were two bedrooms each with queen beds, a pull out futon in the living area and upstairs in the loft which had its own mini split unit, there was a pull out. Fully stocked shower, fully stocked bathroom the kitchen had two different types of coffee pots with filters. Basic kitchen necessities and all of the dishes and cookware you would need for a wonderful weekend stay.LOVE this place.... I gave four stars for "as described" because when I initially booked the house, I thought that the house on the water was the one we were staying in. It is actually the house closer to the road. We still had fabulous water views and full use and access to the waterfront gazebo and dock.
