Our home on Lake Murray is perfect for your getaway, featuring an open floor plan that maximizes stunning lake views. The main living area has vaulted ceilings with tongue and groove pickled wood, creating a warm space for you to enjoy. The kitchen is spacious and stylized, with quartzite countertops, a large island that seats five, and beautiful finishes throughout. The flat lot ensures easy home entry, making it accessible for elderly guests. Relax on the screened-in porch while watching football or enjoy a drink at the outdoor high-top bar. Unwind in the sunken hot tub on the back porch as you take in the tranquil lake views. This home is the definition of serenity!

You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!

We are very close to the water, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.

Please note that the owner leaves their boat at the dock on the property. You are able to double-bunk against it and use the other side of the dock.


We have 4 cameras on the property that are all active. One is pointed towards driveway, one is pointed towards the front porch, one pointed at back deck sliding door, and one pointed at the backyard.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.

Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

HOT TUB INSTRUCTIONS
Please keep the hot tub temperature between 98°F and 102°F at all times. Do not add cold water or any other water to the hot tub. The hot tub is professionally serviced and maintained to ensure proper water quality and operation. Please do not adjust, drain, or tamper with the hot tub equipment or settings. If you need assistance with the hot tub or have any concerns, please reach out to us. We are happy to help. A $250 fine will be charged if these hot tub rules are not followed, including adding water or tampering with the hot tub equipment or settings.
