You’re welcomed into the first floor with a spacious living area equipped with a smart TV, kitchenette, a large full bath and easy access to the water. Rest on a high quality queen sized Murphy bed and a full pull out sofa in the living area flex space. Open the back doors to enjoy the outdoor patio with rocking chairs, a fire pit and your private dock.

Upstairs is a queen sized bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a full bath. As well as the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and a Florida room with extra bar space & seating with a large smart TV overlooking the lake. Steps away from the kitchen is a large deck with outdoor seating and a grill for your enjoyment!

The home has wifi, 3 smart TVs and a washer/dryer. Outside is the grill, fire pit, newly built private dock & kayaks.

It’s conveniently located within 10 miles to downtown Chapin and 15 miles to downtown Newberry. Buffalo Creek Marina and Bar/Grill is less than two miles from the cottage.

We love dogs too! Please be sure to clean up after your four-legged family members inside and outside the home. A pet deposit is required for your furry friends.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the cottage. No smoking allowed. Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
