Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We love hearing that your family makes Oceanside an annual getaway, and we’re so glad this condo worked out so well for your stay. It’s great to know you found the unit spacious, well stocked, and comfortable, with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We’re also happy you were able to enjoy the balcony views, lounge chairs, and fire pit area. We appreciate your understanding about the lack of air conditioning, which is common in many coastal properties, and we’re glad the fans and ocean air helped keep things comfortable. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the amazing location, the property overall, and being able to have a bonfire in the evening. We’re very sorry to hear that you had concerns about bed bugs and floor cleanliness during your stay. We take reports like this very seriously. After your departure, we had the unit professionally inspected, and no bed bugs were found in the condo. We also appreciate your feedback about the floors and will review this with our housekeeping team to make sure they receive the extra attention needed, especially for families traveling with young children. We’re also sorry that the barbecue setup was not convenient for your stay and that the pack and play was not in proper condition. We will review those items with our team so they can be addressed for future guests. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and would consider staying again if these concerns were addressed. – MakeMyVacation Team
