Designed for families, groups, and friends, this modern retreat combines comfort and convenience — just 6 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to Joondalup town centre, where you’ll find endless cafés, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Joondalup arena.

The Space:
🏡 Spacious & Family-Friendly
Our home features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 6 beds, easily sleeping up to 10 guests. With 2 large living areas and 2 dining spaces, secure parking for 4 cars or boats/trailers, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy brand-new furniture throughout, giving the home a fresh and stylish feel. The teenage retreat offers a large TV and a pull-out sofa bed, giving parents a chance to enjoy some quiet time while the kids have their own fun zone.
Please note: we have a separate granny flat on the property, however this is completely separate from the main dwelling. We do ask not to park on the driveway, as this will block the granny flat parking.

If you plan to bring pets, please note that the backyard is not fully enclosed — there’s a door-sized opening where the entrance path connects to the garage area.
