This house is designed to accommodate generational families. It has level access, excellent views, is sunny and warm, has an outdoor heated pool, multiple beaches and a popular walking track out the back. Also a basketball ring, huge sheltered firepit, two living areas and sleeps 10 people. It’s in the small and sweet community of South arm. The streets are quiet and safe. Golf course and tennis courts are nearby. It is 5-15 drive to surf beaches ; Hope, Goats & Clifton.

I’m a local that loves designing houses, travelling and making friends.
Why they chose this property
We chose this house for its warmth, outlook and community. The beaches are safe, the locals friendly, and the streets quiet. The community is close and hosts incredible markets on the first Sunday on the month during summer.
What makes this property unique
Here the kids won’t need screens for entertainment! They can go fishing (squid often caught off the rocks by our place), swimming at the beach or in the pool, bike riding on quiet streets, hiking along the foreshore trail, play tennis or so skating at the community park, go rock hoping and build sandcastles outside our back door, toast marshmallows at our huge fire pit, jump on the trampoline or play in the trees of the reserve.
