Second Living Room (Upstairs) has a 32 inch LED Smart TV, 6 seater leather couch as well as a bookcase with some books and kids activities.

The Kitchen is a dedicated space for cooking, featuring a large refrigerator and separate freezer, an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Espresso machine. We stock ample dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses. A dishwasher makes cleanup easy, complementing the large dining table for indoor meals. Laundry facilities are convenient with a washing machine and a drying rack for clothing inside, while the dryer is located in the carport. All sleeping areas include clothing storage via a closet and hangers. The bathrooms are well-appointed, offering a deep bathtub, along with a Hair dryer. Safety is covered with a Smoke alarm.

Stepping outside, you'll discover a fantastic private outdoor space. The spacious Backyard is fully fenced and private—ideal for children and approved pets! It features a basketball ring, a cozy hammock. There's a patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a dedicated outdoor dining area. As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% charge: Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- Non-refundable: Cancellation within 14 days of arrival

A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
