This inviting beach house blends a warm coastal feel with breezy boho styling, creating a relaxed and comfortable space to unwind. The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with an oversized L-shaped sofa perfect for slow mornings and easy evenings, along with a smart TV, books and puzzles for relaxed downtime.

The kitchen is well-equipped for effortless cooking, featuring a Nespresso machine, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. Nearby, the dining area is styled with soft rattan and curated artwork, with a six-seater table for shared meals and a split-system air conditioner for year-round comfort.

Each bedroom comes with ample storage and fans for added comfort. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a full ensuite, a walk-in robe and direct outdoor access. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is tailored for kids with a tri-bunk bed (double below, single above) and toys to keep them busy. The main bathroom is fresh and modern with a walk-in shower, while a separate laundry with a washing machine and supplies leads to an outdoor clothesline for sandy towels and swimsuits.

Outdoors, the spacious backyard is framed by native gardens, creating a peaceful setting for alfresco dining, playtime on the grass or relaxed afternoons in the sun. A sheltered porch with a gas BBQ makes outdoor meals easy, while subtle glimpses of the ocean remind you how close the shoreline is.

Please note that the air conditioning in the primary bedroom functions as a fan only. Parking is available for up to four cars.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

A $300 pre-authorisation security deposit is held 24 hours before check-in for all VRBO, website and Booking.com reservations. This is released within 7 days of checkout, pending no damage.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
