Very comfortable holiday home located 50m from the beach completely renovated around a large living room bathed in sunshine offering a fully equipped open kitchen, a warm wood stove and cozy sofas opening onto a large balcony terrace without vis-à-vis with sea and cliff view.

Ideal for 4 people: 2 bedrooms (and an extra bedroom), bathroom with bathtub, small entrance and garden equipped for idleness (BBQ, dining area). Electric charging station and parking in the garden. Shops, restaurants & beach 1 min walk.

The house is on two floors, equipped with WIFI and a charging station for electric cars. It overlooks a garden equipped to take your meals outside.

Upstairs:
- 1 large living room offering a living room with comfortable sofas, a warm wood stove, a very large extra large flat screen TV and a Bose speaker to listen to music. The dining room and the fully equipped kitchen (oven, toaster, blender, nespresso, etc.) are articulated around a large dining table. A large balcony with sea view is accessible from 2 large glass doors.
- 1 couple's bedroom with 160 cm bed, wardrobe and dresser.
- 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a large dresser.
- 1 bathroom with bath, sink, toilet, washing machine/dryer.

On the first floor:
- 1 entrance with cupboard for coats
- 1 extra bedroom accessible on the first floor

Linen (sheets and towels) is provided at a rate of 15 Euros per person, please let us know how many double beds and single beds we need to prepare.

Good to know: we also rent another high-end villa right next door for 7 people with sea view if you want to come with friends but everyone at home.

On a daily basis, everything is accessible on foot in a few minutes: shopping (grocery store on the seawall, organic market gardener, returns from fishing), many restaurants and bistros, casino, citystadium, mini golf, walks, sailing school, tennis courts, etc.

Before your arrival, you will receive a short guide with information on how the house works and all the good addresses to enjoy Veulettes and its surroundings!

Veulettes is a very lively family resort. It offers many sporting advantages: sailing and tennis club for young and old, boat/paddle/board rental, cycling, fishing (sea and river), mini golf, departure for beautiful walks (GR 21). The beach is very large and welcomes swimmers and sea lovers. You also have a wide choice of restaurants: seafood, Italian trattoria, creperie.

A 10' drive away you have the Saint-Riquier golf course, the Caniel lake complex (summer sledging, bowling, restaurants, etc.) and very beautiful villages and gardens to visit.

The village of Veules-les-roses
One of the most beautiful villages in France where you can walk along the smallest river in France, the Veules, lined with beautiful half-timbered houses and mills. On the seafront, you won't be able to resist tasting a dozen Veulaises, oysters raised in the open sea and freshly picked every day.

Saint-Valery-en-Caux
A small seaside resort in the Pays de Caux, Saint-Valery-en-Caux is a coastal town with two faces to its visitors: on one side a green hinterland, on the other, a seafront framed by chalk cliffs and bordered by pebble beaches. The food shops are very good, we will give you some addresses in the little welcome guide.

Fécamp
Turned towards the sea and its treasures, Fécamp invites you to discover exceptional sites and architectural treasures. You will taste seafood and visit the Bénédictine, a listed monument where the famous alcohol that bears its name is made.

The Small Slabs
The Petites Dalles take their reputation from the cliffs that frame the village and the beach and which inspired the Impressionist painters including Claude Monet and Berthe Morisot and its many perfectly preserved seaside villas from the end of the nineteenth century. This former fishing village occupies one of the valleys of the Pays de Caux where Sissi once liked to swim.
