Our experience with the host Janet at Casa Azul is exactly what you are hoping it to be on a getaway. The rental is meticulously clean, the queen size bed is so comfortable and the cottage is stocked with additional items you could need during your stay. The decorating and art work throughout was an additional bonus. You won’t be disappointed!

Denise went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we expected. Internet went out during our stay and she made sure to get it up and running again. Even drove a half hour to the place on a Saturday. The fireplace was an absolutely bonus. We would definitely stay at Casa Azul again.

Everything about Casa Azul is wonderful. What a great way to vacation in Albuquerque. The house and front patio make it feel like home, there’s pretty much everything you need, easy parking, and what a location! Right in Old Town, but away from the hustle bustle, close to museums, shops, restaurants. I would arrange a trip to NM around availability to stay here. Thanks to our host for making it all easy, welcoming, and memorable!

This is a very clean well kept place to stay. Will definitely book again. Can't think of anything the host hasn't taken care of or provided. And she is quick and kind to respond. Best location of you want to go to the old historic town Square.

Denise the owner is wonderful- she is available via text throughout your stay. The place was very tidy and right in the heart of downtown old town.We did not use all the listed amenities, but what we did use was perfect for our particular stay.

The place was immaculate, very cozy and perfectly situated for wandering around Old Town. The fireplace was wonderful for relaxing at night and the patio was peaceful for coffee in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I loved our stay at Casa Azul. It was spotless and beautiful and very comfortable. It is the absolute perfect location for enjoying the charm of Old Town, annd we really enjoyed the lovely, peaceful courtyard. It feels very private and secluded, but you are still steps away from everything in Old Town. We really loved breakfast at Tiny Grocer ABQ, which we probably would not have discovered if not staying so close to it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My wife declared this to be the best VRBO we've stayed at... it is a charming, older adobe home that has been kept in great condition. Clean and welcoming, it is located in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the plaza (comeplete with live music on the weekend). There is some great hiking and historical sites nearby as well.
