Thanks for the review. First off, happy that your medical emergency was handled. I know you were upset I couldn't refund you fully for cancelling your stay so close to the date of booking. But, you were able to come anyway. Great news. I suspect it's 3 out 5 because of the reasons given? You're right, there is no BBQ and one isn't listed on the site. I'm happy I didn't get dinged for not having a pool. I don't advertise one but it seems I could be criticized for that anyway. Also, if you felt the stove was hot, the remote for the AC is right beside it. It can be adjusted to personal preference. I also made it clear there is a Keurig on communication, so not sure what the issue is with that. I can't have multiple appliances. I go with what most people want. And for shade, there are treelines south and west on the property. So there is shade if you're willing to move to it. I highly recommend staying at another location next time you visit. We simply can't invest the amount of money required based on our low rates to make your stay meet your standard.
