A small fire pit near the hut, perfect for quiet evenings under the stars ✨

A larger fire pit and seating area by the dam (which you can swim in), approximately 200 metres away, ideal for sunsets and relaxed moments to savour 🌅

You will be greeted by a number of horses around the property. Normal care is always recommended around larger animals, but they can be approached and are friendly. Please close any gates you need to walk through.

You will have full and private access to the hut, and are welcome to walk around the grounds outside of the hut towards the dam, or if you`re feeling adventurous the walking tracks which are beyond the fenced paddocks behind the hut.
1. This is an adults only property

2. Please leave the place reasonably clean & tidy with all dishes washed & put away before departure. Please also take rubbish with you and place in the wheelie bins at the entrance to the property, near the letterbox.

3. As there are many horses around the hut, please ensure all gates are shut behind you if you choose to walk around the property or to the dam

4. This cottage is in a rural environment. While pest management is in place, guests may encounter native wildlife.

5. If you`re bringing your fur baby, please note no animals are to be left at the property unattended.

6. Please remove shoes before entering the house.
