Great, walkable location to a grocery store restaurants and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Secure apartment building with pool & gym access. I would stay here again.

This was an excellent condo. The large balcony was an added plus. Communication with the management was fantastic. I would stay here again while attending FDIC.

Bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed before we arrived. They were stained, filty and smelled. It was disgusting. Air conditioner didn't work our entire stay. The pool is at another building so you have to travel to get there. Very misleading and dirty. The rental company did very little to rectify the issue. I do not recommend.

Check in process can be confusing, having to park (I got a ticket) find your apartment grab your parking pass then park across the street is a pain and should be simplified. Checking out also involves getting your car then running back to the room to return the parking pass. Kitchen is stocked to the bare minimum. Shower has maintenance issues, during my stay no plug for the tub which was a bummer because the tub was large and nice, shower head super cheap and was in need of replacement as didn't spray well and sprayed on the wall. Apartment good for short inexpensive stay but desperately lacked attention and care. I enjoy staying in rentals but this one lacked detail and it was showed it was being managed by a large corporation.
