Firewood (Complimentary Starter Supply)
To help you settle in and enjoy a cosy stay, we provide a complimentary starter supply of firewood in line with standard short-term rental practice.
Your starter bundle is 1 crate (around 10–20 logs), provided to support your firewood needs during your stay and create a warm, comfortable atmosphere.
This is designed to give you a complimentary starter supply for fireplace/fire pit use, while ensuring fair and consistent use of supplies for all guests.
If you need additional firewood, it can be purchased locally at BP Sorrento, Sorrento Mitre 10, Astron Blairgowrie, EG Ampol Rye or Bunnings Rosebud

Other Things to Note:
Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. All guests are required to sign the Peachy Properties booking agreement prior to arrival.
2. For non-Airbnb bookings, a security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required. This will be released 7 days after checkout, pending property inspection.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking may be on the property at any time, with a strict maximum of 10 guests unless prior approval has been granted.
4. No parties, events, or unapproved gatherings are permitted at any time.
5. Loud music or any behaviour that may disturb neighbours is strictly prohibited at all times. Please note the property is fitted with noise monitoring alarms.
6. In accordance with local regulations, all outdoor areas must not be used after 10:00 PM.
7. Strictly no “schoolies”, bucks, or hens bookings are permitted under any circumstances.
8. Bookings are only accepted from groups aged 28 years and over.
9. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
10. Parking is permitted only in designated areas on the property. Street and nature strip parking are not permitted. The property provides parking for up to three vehicles in the driveway.
