Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place all used sheets and towels in the washing machine (You don't need to run the machine)
Kindly dispose of your garbage bags in the appropriate bins situated by the driveway, adjacent to the backyard gate.
The key is in the lock box attached to the side of the unit door, please use it during you stay and return it when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
From 11 pm to 8 am, we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a restful environment for all guests and our neighbours.
No parties or events: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties, events, or large gatherings.
