They feature a living / dining room with American style kitchen. Upstairs, 3 separate double rooms incl. A private bathroom and terrace with a breathtaking sea view.

Enjoy the rest and relax on the covered and open terraces of the property with views of the sea. Relax while sunbathing with ocean waves or a dip in your pool. The spacious atrium and around-scale well-kept garden guarantee relaxation and privacy.

The living room is equipped with satellite / LCD TV and a music system. An Internet connection (WiFi) is available free of charge.

For additional comfort air conditioning ensures (hot / cold) in all living rooms and bedrooms and a fireplace in the living area.

Adequate seating and lounge facilities are all available.

Das Haus ist schön und die Lage am Meer auch. Aber der Ort bietet außer einem Restaurant nichts, nicht mal ein Geschäft. Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Insgesamt ein altes Haus mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Leider war auch noch etwas an der Installation defekt, was zu schlechten Gerüchen führte. Der Hausverwalter hat es zur Kenntnis genommen, aber nichts geändert. Der Eigentümer scheint nett, hat sich aber auch nicht mehr eingeschaltet. Wir können es nur begrenzt empfehlen. Der Preis ist für die Lage und Ausstattung zu hoch.

Magnificent view

The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was so nice staying there. Communication was good with the landlord. The house and the swimming pool were clean and we felt very comfortable. We had a wonderful week staying there.

Gorgeous View on Mallorca

The view at this property is outstanding! We arrived late due to flight delays and the property manager was extremely accommodating and kind. He showed us around the house and gave us recommendations on grocery shopping as well as restaurants. The rooms are big enough, but I think more comfortable bedding would be a good thing. The property was mostly clean, but things like the closets were not tidy. We had an issue with the air conditioning that leaked water and the dish washer didn't work, but the property manager was out to the house literally 10 minutes after we contacted them and they fixed everything! Really great service! The location was good, but also away from everything. It's what we wanted, but be aware of distances to major cities when you book. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the space.

Super Lage

Das Haus liegt perfekt und hat alles, was man braucht. Man wohnt direkt am Meer und hat den Pool vor dem Haus. Das Haus ist gut organisiert, es gibt insgesamt vier Bäder und einen sehr großen Wohnbereich. Der einfach verglaste Wintergarten hilft sehr bei kühlem Wind. Die vorhandene Heizung funktioniert sehr gut, auch wenn es mal ein bisschen kühler ist. Das Haus ist auch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hier müsste man sicherlich einmal in die Küche und vor allem die Bäder investieren. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert für bis zu 6 Personen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wer die Ruhe mag...

...wird diese Unterkunft lieben. So schön gelegen, direkt am Meer, man hört das Rauschen der Wellen, Brandung. Keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Die Gegend ist absolut ruhig. Ausstattung ist vollständig und ausreichend, vielleicht benötigen die Schlafzimmer/Betten/Bäder mal einen "Refresh", aber trotzdem bequem und absolut ausreichen. Es ist so schön hier. Danke, dass wir das genießen durften!

Auch im November die Reise wert

Wir waren mit der Familie und Freunden im November in Vallgornera und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ausblick und die Lage des Hauses sind einfach atemberaubend. Durch die Südausrichtung konnten wir von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang den Tag in der Sonne genießen und ein Sundowner auf der Klippe vor dem Haus, mit Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang hat den Tag immer noch abgerundet. Das Haus selbst lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet mit 2 Kühlschränken auch genug Stauraum um die etwas weiteren Wege zum Einkaufen hinnehmen zu können. Die Badebucht in Cala Pi ist ebenfalls eine Augenweide und war vom Haus mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus war sauber und aufgeräumt, einen Stern Abzug hier nur, weil die beiden Badezimmer abseits des Hauptbadezimmers, etwas klein geraten sind und eventuell gerade die Duschen ein Update gebrauchen könnten. Aber sind wir ehrlich, wenn man viel Draußen ist, stört das auch nicht ernsthaft. Der Außenbereich lässt mit Pool, Außen-Dusche, Wintergarten, Sonnenliegen, diversem Poolzubehör in der Garage etc. gar keine Wünsche offen. Da wir im November dort waren, nach sehr stürmischen Tagen, war der Pool sehr kalt, und war zwar für eine kurze Abkühlung zu gebrauchen, aber nicht zum Baden. Was im November keine Überraschung darstellt. Dennoch war die Sonne stark genug, um über Tag in der Sonne zu braten. Das Meer hatte noch 19 Grad, und nach kurzer Überwindung, konnte man auch hier no

Super Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Villa sehr genossen. Vom Check IN bis zum Check out hat alles perfekt gepasst. Die Lage, direkt über dem Mittelmeer ist traumhaft. Ich glaube, da werden wir zu Wiederholungstätern.

Breathtaking Views

Beautiful seaside home in a quiet community. Our first visit to Mallorca and it proved a perfect home base for all day exploring the stunning island and then home for sunset, sangria, and a quiet dinner. Superb!

Rigtig godt hus med pool og tre gode soveværelser med hvert sit badeværelse.

Fantastic property with an amazing view!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It has a great swimming pool and the view is second to none. It was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for 6 of us. We spent most of our time at the villa since it’s so lovely and really quiet. We went to Palma a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed wandering around and some good meals. We highly recommend restaurant Mirador de Cabrera which is a 10 minute walk away. Another very special view and the food was the best we had. We aborted our attempt to go to Es Trenc beach because the single track road to it was so busy it was getting blocked and the car park was full. The beach at Cala Pi (which is closer) is ok - not the crystal clear waters we were hoping for but a pleasant place to spend some time. If you’re looking for relaxation, peace and quiet, I highly recommend this villa for your stay in Mallorca.

Eine traumhafte Villa in top Lage

Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus befindet sich in erster Reihe zum Meer. Alles was benötigt wird, befindet sich im Haus. Von innen ist das Haus zwar teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Die Außenanlagen ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an den sehr freundlichen Vermieter & Verwalter.

Tolles Haus mit Traumblick

In dem tollen Haus mit Traumblick kann man sofort den Alltag vergessen. Die sehr ruhige Lage ist fantastisch, erfordert aber auch ein Auto für Einkäufe oder Restaurantbesuche. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich selbst aus der Ferne per E-Mail proaktiv um das Wohl seiner Gäste. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic villa with a beautiful view.

We stayed at the villa for 5 weeks. Me, my husband and our dogs. The villa was well equipped. Comfortable beds. We had visitors a long weekend and the villa was perfect for 6 adults. The neighborhood was quite and nearby fantastic scenery and trails for long walks along the coastline. A car is needed to get to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, we were however prepared for this. The restaurants nearby were closed for the winter season. The villa had a glazed porch that we used a lot when it got a little chilly. We would love to return.

Traumhaft

Es war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Aufgrund der Lage sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben aber ansonsten kann man die Zeit in diesem schönen Haus einfach nur genießen.

Schöne Finca in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Rechts und links sind keine Nachbarn direkt angrenzend, dementsprechend ruhig ist es. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Min. entfernt. Das Haus ist super, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter und der Hausverwalter sind jederzeit erreichbar und reagieren sofort auf Anfragen oder Wünsche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen!
