Unfortunately, your review is very inaccurate. Your booking was very last minute, for a very long time, and your communication with me was slim at best. In fact I only heard from you when you wanted to check in early and were continuously clicking the door lock hours early before check in. I allowed you to enter and never heard from you for a week after trying to check in with you multiple times. You then sent a message that there was a faint smell that your wife seemed to be very sensitive to. What was even more odd was that you made it a point to say that you were checking out early because you purchased "early check out insurance", something not even VRBO had ever heard of. The property manager and inspectors immediately visited the condo and checked every vent, filter and plumbing source and clearly noted there was no "mildewy" smell in the condo. You may however had been getting smells through the open door on the balcony from the intracoastal water, as certain times of the year affect the smell of the water. I however believe that you and your wife booked what you could last minute and purchased something through your credit card to reimburse you in the event you found somewhere else you preferred to stay. I feel bad for your credit card company possibly getting scammed. Your two star review is irrelevant to me as I know what beauty and pride and cleanliness I provide to every single guest.
