Welcome to your high-floor studio retreat in the iconic Chevron Renaissance, perfectly positioned in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Located on Level 17, this cozy studio stands out for its fantastic balcony with ocean views, offering a peaceful place to relax above the city.



The studio comfortably sleeps up to three guests with a double bed and a single bed, making it ideal for solo travellers, couples or a small family. The space features new carpet, a smart TV for a comfortable stay in any season.



Step outside onto the spacious private balcony and enjoy fresh sea breezes and open ocean views – ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day out. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away, giving you easy access to the sand while still enjoying a quieter elevated position.



The modern bathroom is finished in marble and features a large walk-in shower with accessible seating, vanity, toilet.



Chevron Renaissance places you moments from supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and shopping, with Cavill Avenue and Surfers Paradise attractions all within easy walking distance.
