The spacious balcony, extending from the living room and two bedrooms, offers various seating and is the perfect place to soak up Aruba's sunshine while enjoying scenic views.

Inside, the open-concept living area has a sofa, TV, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space to relax or entertain. Near the entrance, there is also a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Second bedroom:
- This room has 2 Twin-size beds that can be converted into a King bed (this setup will have a connector and topper included). The photos will show both setups, and please let us know your preferred setup before arrival.

This condo provides you with 1,950 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, 3 cable TVs in the living room and each bedroom, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the right hallway off the elevators on the fifth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in a king-size bed, 2 twin-size beds, and a queen-size bed.

The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
