King bed in a fully enclosed primary bedroom. 1.5 bathrooms (1 full + 1 half). Twin rollaway available upon request for a third guest. Open-concept living and kitchen with gas range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring south-facing light throughout the day. Smart TV, seating for two, and direct deck access from the living area. In-unit washer/dryer. High-speed WiFi (HOA-provided).
OUTDOOR:
Private deck off the unit — elevated to the 5th floor on the south-facing line. Outdoor seating for two. South-facing windows track the sun from morning coffee through Front Range sunsets. The building's shared rooftop deck delivers panoramic Front Range mountain views and the Denver skyline — a daily highlight at sunset.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.
