THE PROPERTY
Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, private outdoor spa, and a forest trail out the back door. Sutton Nest sleeps six comfortably - built for families or friend groups who want to be in nature without giving up the comforts of home.

- Bedroom 3: two single beds (can be pushed together as a king)

- Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen
The Spa
A private outdoor hot tub - heated, open year-round, and ready when you arrive. Large outdoor towels provided. Evening soaks after a day on the mountain are a house tradition. The spa is yours alone: no shared facilities, no timetables.
The Kitchen
Fully equipped - dishes, pots, pans, spices, coffee maker, everything a group needs to cook in. Guests consistently mention it as one of the best-stocked kitchens they've used on the platform.
The Welcome
On arrival you'll find local Sutton products: pastries, or seasonal treats from the area. Small gesture, but every group notices it.

Sutton is a four-season mountain town in Quebec's Eastern Townships - ski resort, mountain biking, hiking, wine route, boutique food scene, all within walking distance or a short drive from the property.
Getting here
- Montréal: 1.5 hours
- Ottawa: 2.5 hours
- Vermont border: 20 minutes
- Jay Peak, VT: 45 minutes
Mountain biking & cycling (May–October)
- Mont Sutton's 47+ km of lift-served MTB trails open mid-May - beginner to expert
- Into The Gnar (July 10–12): national Devinci MTB event, first time in Quebec
- Gravel cycling: La Traverse des Townships - 47 km loop through farms, vineyards, and quiet back roads
- Road cycling: Eastern Townships wine route from the doorstep
Hiking
- A gentle forest trail begins steps from the back door - flat enough for young children and older guests, leading to the river in one direction and all the way into Sutton village in the other (~20 min walk)
- Mont Sutton hiking network: 60+ trails, easy loops to summit routes, 5-minute drive
Ski season (November–April)
- Mont Sutton ski resort: 5-minute walk or drive - 60 trails, 700m vertical, renowned for tree skiing
- Bromont: 30 minutes
- Jay Peak (Vermont): 45 minutes south - great for a day trip with a passport
Fall
- Fall Festival (late September–mid October): 5 weekends, one of the best foliage events in Quebec
- Fall foliage peak: mid-October - spectacular

Sutton village is 5 minutes by car or a 20-minute forest walk from the back door. Excellent restaurants, local boutiques, a great bakery, wine shop, and a strong local food scene.

The entire property is yours. Private driveway, private spa, private backyard. Self check-in via keypad - door code sent 24 hours before arrival.
WEEKLY STAYS
Planning a longer trip? Weekly stays are available. Sutton is worth more than a weekend.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No pets
- Quiet hours after 10:00 PM (residential neighbourhood)
- No parties or events
