Welcome to Cottage 24, a pet-friendly Muskoka cottage located within The Diamond resort.

This spacious 1,700 sq. ft. two-level cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for families, couples, golfers, and outdoor enthusiasts looking to experience the best of Muskoka.

Situated just a short walk from Nutt Lake, Cottage 24 offers convenient access to the private beach, waterfront activities, walking trails, and resort amenities while providing a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.

The cottage features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main floor includes a king bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with a stone fireplace. The second floor features a private queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.

Included amenities feature Starlink Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, linens, towels, beach towels, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Guests enjoy access to shared resort amenities, including:

Please ensure all windows are closed and the BBQ is turned off before departure.
If furniture or outdoor items were moved during your stay, please return them to their original location.

The property is on convenient location, on a 9 hole golf coarse.Bracebridge a cute town only 20 min drive and Huntsville is half hour from the cottage . Nutt lake is very small lake . The cottage was great , beds were very comfortable but the cooking supplies in the kitchen were limited. The only complimentary kitchen supply was salt and pepper shaker other than dishes and utensils.

My family enjoyed our long weekend at this cottage, especially the access to canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards from the golf club. The cottage itself was spacious and has many expansive windows from which you can enjoy the view of the outdoors. The closed-in porch was our favourite place to eat meals and enjoy the serenity of the location. It was cleanly outside of a few pieces of recycling leftover from the previous renters scattered throughout the property, such as plastic cups and cigarette butts. Overall, we had a relaxing time, but the listing was not clear about the level with which you share all of the amenities with the other club cottages, which negatively impacted our stay.The beach access is quite a ways walk from this particular cottage, which would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. It was a trek for our toddler, who eventually needed to be carried, which is tricky when you are already transporting various bulky beach-going items. There is only one fire pit to share between 8 or so cottages, which meant arriving early, sharing (if guests were amenable), or missing out. We therefore only had one campfire during our time, which was disappointing. You cannot control how neatly the other renters leave the beach, which meant wet PFDs left out overnight and oars from boats sitting on the sand. A more accurate description of the property would assist in future prospective renters in making an informed decision about choosing to stay here.

This is not the standard we expect for our cottages and resort grounds, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We were sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the cottage location and shared amenities. Each of our six Diamond Cottage listings is clearly positioned on Vrbo's "Explore the area" map near the top of the listing. Our main cottage description also states that "Guests enjoy access to shared resort amenities," including our private beach and complimentary watercraft. We appreciate your feedback and will review the listing to see if we can make this even clearer. We would also like to clarify that there are two shared firepits: one at the beach and another at the Welcome Center, directly across from Cottage 30.
