Settle into an easy Southampton summer at this fully stocked 3-bedroom cottage near Lake Huron. Spend your days walking to the quiet beach access just a few houses away, taking out the kayaks or paddle boards, biking through town, playing yard games, or relaxing in the large private yard. Evenings are made for BBQ dinners, drinks on the deck, and slower nights by the wood fire pit. Linens, kitchen essentials, outdoor gear, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, and floaties are all here, so you can pack lighter and settle in faster. It is a super comfortable, laid back, family-friendly cottage designed for simple days, sandy feet, good meals, sunset walks, and proper time away. Offered for rent for the first time ever!
