Quiet cul-de-sac location with lake views from rooftop terrace
Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family house positioned at the end of a cul-de-sac on the quiet southside of Lake Havasu City. Large master with a California King bed, dual sinks, a step down shower, and a large walk in closet. On the other side of the spacious living room and dining room you will find two more bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom contains a queen while the other contains a twin over full bunk bed, and an additional full bed. The second bathroom has an oversized bathtub/shower combo and a single sink with lots of counter space. The living room also has a casino bar table, and lots of family games. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a large pantry, and includes an assortment of k-cups for your use.
Just on the other side of the kitchen is the laundry room with washer & dryer and plenty of counter space for folding laundry. Feel free to park a car in the garage while you enjoy your stay. A patio with a dual purpose propane/charcoal bbq is right outside the kitchen along with a comfy table and chairs, travel up the spiral staircase to the rooftop terrace for a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding Mohave mountain range. The house is also equipped with reverse osmosis drinking water, and a soft water system. Only 4 miles to Havasu Riviera state park launch ramp.
Weekly and monthly discounts apply to all bookings. Long term snowbirds rentals available (30 night minimum) from Nov 1st to April 1st.
* Note- State ID and signed rental agreement required. Additionally a $125 pet deposit required for all rentals with pets and prior approval. Pet deposit is only refundable if cleaning staff determines no additional pet related cleaning related to pet is required. This includes it is not limited to pet hair, feces, urine, pet odor, damage to furniture and stains etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this property as it felt like a home away from home! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to many local businesses. Definitely would consider another stay here!
Great place to stay. Very comfortable for us, it had all we needed to relax in the warmer weather for a month. Lots to do in Havasu and good places to eat. Having the garage to park in was a big plus for us, as was the quiet location.

This was a gem in the desert! Perfect house for a family with a couple of friends. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive and very accommodating. Will absolutely be staying here again!
House was spacious and ready upon arrival. Host was great - appreciated that he checked in with us to make sure all was good upon our arrival. It was great having garage access/use. Outdoor furniture has been well used and could use some upgrade but overall an adequate space and we enjoyed our visit.
We rented this house to surprise family that lives there. It fit our needs perfectly and we had no issues. I loved having my morning coffee on the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend.

My family and I had a great stay at this residence. We spent our days on the lake and it was nice to come back to the house and relax. This home was exactly what it states in the pictures and description. Everything went well, checking in was very easy and the host Ian was very accommodating to our needs. The house had everything you would need and was very comfortable. It is a bit far from the island but in reality it’s only 10mins away. Quiet neighborhood, with a human bean coffee shop just down the street which was a plus.
Stayed at Ian’s place for an extended period of time and it felt just like home. Fully furnished with everything you could need. Ian was very quick to address and fix any issues we had. The rooftop patio is amazing for stargazing or drinking your morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again
