Welcome to our newest Vacation Home Tropical Paradise in SW Cape Coral! From the moment you walk-in you will feel right at home in this private vacation home with plenty of things to do: Billiards Table, Board Games, heated Salt Water Pool and more! Pool Volley Ball and Basket net for your kids entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite food, plus a outdoor propane grill. There is a toaster, normal drip and Keurig Coffee machine, stainless steele appliances, microwave, Blender, Crock Pot and more!
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV with local channels, access to pool area and on-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, dual sinks and soaking tub. Three other bedrooms located on the opposite side of the house offer 2 king beds and a queen all bed rooms have streaming TV's, and shared bathroom that is also a pool bath. Large living room with streaming TV open to the kitchen area. Laundry room with washer/dryer, iron and iron board.
Easy access to Grocery, shopping, Mini Golf, Sun Splash water park (Summer months), Matlacha/Pine Island, white sandy beaches approx. 30 min away. Enjoy your next relaxing vacation here at Tropical Paradise! We look forward to welcoming you.
